This review was earned 1000%. There is no way this company has a legit 4.9 rating. No way. I had a new HVAC installed by this company over a year ago. The same day after install, they had to come back in the middle of the night because the ac would not shut off. I followed up a few times after the install to let them know the unit was putting out more water than I’d ever seen on this home or any other and it was a concern. In addition the wires were not aligned neatly and it was duct taped together which looked very tacky. The new unit came with two follow up services. Over a year later I called to see why I had not heard from them and was told somehow I was left off the service list.  When they did come I asked Sean how things were looking with the unit and couldn’t trust that I received a true assessment. The unit had not been checked in over a year so I’m not sure what condition the unit is in at this point. After he left today, I realized my home was not cooling though the up and downstairs thermostats were set to 73, it was over 80 degrees in my home and the unit was not running. He had to come back again to recheck his work, same as the installation day. I was told the issue is a clogged drain line. Mind you Sean was just a few hours earlier to complete the service check which means it wasn’t complete the first time. I reminded him again that I raised concerns that too much water was collecting around the unit but he claimed that was normal and because of how my home is situated the sun was not drying the water???? No, the water collecting was an indication of a clogged drain that I made him aware of shortly after the install. Now it’s 10pm at night, the problem is still not fixed and he said the drain is still not clear. What in the entire hell? More than likely there is also mold in my house as a result of this. I sincerely regret using this company.  I regret it so much. Maintaining your hvac and home  is stressful enough. The work is too sloppy for me, poor communication, lack of competence, you name it.  I paid cash for their sorry services and the HVAC.  If it’s costly to fix their horrible work, a claim will follow.
